Subject: RE: BS: What's Penelope Routledge done 4 us? From: Skipjack K8 Date: 26 Nov 02 - 07:12 AM David, I like a man hoists a pedant, and I consider myself well hoisted. My apologies to the Rutledges and the Routledges. I have just read the entire "What has BS done for us" thread, or whatever it's called, and I am pondering whether it is worth carrying on trying to entertain the melancholic souls that will keep worrying about music. |

Subject: RE: BS: What's Penelope Routledge done 4 us? From: GUEST,Ms Penelope Rutledge Date: 26 Nov 02 - 09:40 AM Well, what I have tried to do is be a voice for decency, moderation, and tradition, although I may have waxed a bit immoderate myself at times. The field of the arts can be quite trying, given the fact that art is a highly subjective matter, and that there are certain people out there prepared to take advantage of the credulity of others. I have at least learned not to jump so hastily to conclusions. I now have a much higher opinion of Punch the Horse than was originally the case. After all, they have a well-groomed violin player, and are clearly respectful of traditional music, so I expect I shall take a trip to Hull quite soon and see them. I must say I am astonished by the notoriety that Hull has attained on this forum. I always thought it a rather dull place, but I was clearly missing out on something. We all live and learn, don't we? Subject: RE: BS: What's Penelope Routledge done 4 us? From: Dave Bryant Date: 26 Nov 02 - 09:56 AM Come on Penny luv, don't be a an old pr*ck-teaser - get yer legs apart and give poor old Oakley a bit of relief - it can seriously damage a man to make him sustain a constant erection for 3 months - after all if he ran for a bus and tripped, he might do himself a terrible mischief (or even break the world pole-jump record). I'm sure that they would be ringing bells all over Humberside at the news that you'd finally consented to a good bit of "How's yer father" with the poor lad. |

Subject: RE: BS: What's Penelope Routledge done 4 us? From: Dave Bryant Date: 28 Nov 02 - 05:05 AM What's the matter Mrs D. - are you afraid it might make Geoff horny ? Perhaps Oakley and the fair Penelope should submit their piccies to the Mudcat Calendar as Essex Girl and myself already have. |
