Tomorrow night, on my 50th birthday, I will raise a Guinness to all the Mudcatters, (and a cheap beer to all my "Tweedsblues" friends!)

This is not a birthday thread; I don't want "happy birthday" wishes, I'm gonna have a happy one!

This is a "Thank you" thread. Thanks for the musical info I have received from you. Thanks for all the laughs you have given me (and, Lord knows, there have been thousands!) Thanks for the friendships I have developed through the threads and the PMs.

Thanks for tolerating my off-the-wall and sometimes utterly stupid attempts at humor.

Thanks to Max for providing the Cafe. To Joe and Pene for their efforts. To all the other volunteers who help keep this place going!

I could list a whole bunch of you for what you have given me. You know who you are...Thank you.

Well, Happy "Almost" Birthday, khanner. Ahhh, to be fifty again. I enjoyed it so mush that I've been repeatin' it for several years now, youngin'. But like Rick "almost" said, "Hey, it's all mental!" I mean some folks is all washed up at 40 and others are just gettin' started at 50!

So, my friend, have you a great BIRTHDAY and remember, yir a day younger than you'll be tomorrow and just a day older than you were yesterday. And 50 is *TOO COOL*, bro...

What's this bullshit about raising a toast to all your friends on your birthday? What a load of crap! First, these other folks are bullshitting you.....You have no friends. Second, you can lie, deny, and make counter allegations, but the fact is that you'll be at the annual "First Cross Burning of the Christmas Season" and you'll be making bread type toast instead. By the way, doesn't that kerosene flavor come through no matter what jam you use?

In any case, I'd be happy to raise a toast to you as well, except when I raise my toast, the stuff is too high to eat so I have to lower it a bit, as you have with the expectations of your life. Also, while I got you here, have the burns heeled up after that "Finger of God Lightning Strike" you took awhile back?
