If neither of these are correct, do you have any lyric snippets at all? Or other info?

All I can remember is: "Who's gonna feed the (hungry????)
Who's gonna (clothe the poor????)
Who's gonna chase that old wolf away (or something like that)
When he comes howling at the door."
