Just an intersting twist of mary's "Who would go to Iraq to Help?". Her is a state that has a dispoportionate number of folks living in poverty, where the state's official policies have worked toward not enrolloing its own citizens in programs that might help them because of the stae's matching shares and a state where if you are black male, you can be executed for a crime yopu did not commit?

Hey, I have nothing against helping out neighbors but lets not be so blatently arrogant to sweep our own human rights violations under the carpet.
