I'm here in San Francisco (staying in the Mission District) until Friday night.

Advice wanted - live music concerts (folk orientated) or venues to check out, good guitar shops, people to see, things to do, etc etc. Anyone got suggestions? Thanks in advance....

I usually give people more lead time to help me when I'm planning to parachute into another part of the world. Most of the music activities I found in San Francisco were unfortunately on the weekends.

Check out the ships at the National Maritime Museum near Fishermen's Wharf if you're interested in vintage ships.
