Frame the piece of paper or keep it somewhere safe. When I get my student loan statements I take it out to look at and make sure I have a piece of paper to say I have letters after my name and that I have paid £12000 for them!!!

Well, let's see... My younger daughter spent three months asking people "would you like extra cream with that latte'?"

Then she got the job she'd been looking for - an internship requiring (minimally) a BA. She got the internship (US Congress - House Budget Committee), which lead to another position that was end-dated as it was tied to the elections in the US, current job, the "keeper" is back on Capitol Hill in Washington - working on the staff of the Senate Commerce Committee.

Won't do you much good being on the other side of the pond. I guess the point isn't to "figure out what to do with it now" - but more importantly to figure out what you WANT to do - then using the BA to get in the door. (I've been told I have a "very American" attitude that way - I've yet to figure out what that means...)
