So I've decided to start my busking trip with a tour of Canada, eh?
The plan is to get a bus pass from mid-August to mid-October. From Ottawa I'll head east through Montreal and visit New Brunswick and Nova Scotia including Cape Breton; I probably won't go to Newfoundland, and I'm not sure about PEI. I'll then double back, see my friends and family in Ontario again, then head west to Vancouver before crossing into the states. Other than spending some time in Winnipeg, I don't have much of an agenda for where to go on my way west.

So... if there are Mudcatters along the way in towns that have bus service that would like to meet up, please post or PM me.

I have no clue about out west, but if you want to hit TO on your way back you're welcome to stay with me for a few depending on how big my room is at the time...

Scrap the West! You MUST go to Newfoundland. While other memories have faded, my trips to the Rock are as vivid in my mind as if they were yesterday.

When abouts will you be in New Brunswick ? I may be taking on a second job to help out a buddy of mine who's just starting a new business, so time and time away from home may be a factor.

I'm still looking, but found out that I can get a special diet allowance, so am actually getting enough from the gov now that I can pay a lowball "normal" rent and still eat. Which rather helps when looking for a room I can afford that won't make me sick. *Smile*

If Tourism New Brunswick had a loonie for everyone with travel plans like that, they could fix the Reversing Falls! What New Brunswick needs is more speed bumps. Fixing the Trans Canada there was a big mistake...

Hi Marion. According to Boot Records (Canada's premier Country label at the time) NONE.

By the time they noticed that I was getting a ton of airplay (song for Charlie) it was too late to ship the 45s.
