Subject: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: Stu Date: 18 Jul 03 - 06:17 AM Seeing as the boy Tone is so loved by the Private Sponsored Senate and House of Corporate Representatives, would you do those of us in old Blighty a favour, and keep him there. You detain some of our citizens already - if we can't have them back for a fair trial, we don't want the Reverend back either! And we know he's complicit in crimes against humanity anyway - stick him up in front of a kangaroo court. He doesn't listen to his own people anyway, and he's about as right-wing as Uncle Dick and Rummy anyhow. As they actually believe the twaddle he spouts, I'm sure he'd be welcome to stay - I'm pretty sure he has contacts in big business that would prove useful. Thanks in advance! P.S. Don't hurt him though. We don't want to decend to his and Junior's level. Give him a job in Homeland Security - just the ticket! |

Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: Stu Date: 18 Jul 03 - 08:53 AM Gareth - He doesn't! Can't say I blame him either. Still don't want him back though. |
Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: artbrooks Date: 18 Jul 03 - 09:22 AM Thanks, but no thanks. We have an adequate supply of home-grown idiots. |
Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 18 Jul 03 - 11:09 AM Couldn't he be an intern in the White House? |

Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: Barry Finn Date: 18 Jul 03 - 12:18 PM We've already made him America's ambassador to England so we can't keep him here, we've gotta ship him back at any cost. We have the same problems here (God help you & us) as you do except we can cause a much larger scale of Mass Destruction partly because there's far less intelligence sitting on the thrones here & strange enough our idiot grows longer arms than yours & usually walks on all 4's in private & under all those slick teflon suits there's a hell of a lot of lice invested hair. He has been known & seen to swing in trees when he's got a difficult discission to make, like when to say Da, Eh or Um before & after each sentence. There's a saying here in New England "the buck stops outside the White House door & the responsability lies on foreign shores". It's Tony's fault now & I see you've adopted the same policy, the Italian's are to be blamed & from there it's all caused by some low level Iraq diplomat so the Irqi people need to take all the pain, blame & responsibilty. This is all supported by the well reserched theory that the victim is to blame. So you see, like you we are trying to export the rotted fruits from our most recent bumper crop. Barry |
Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: John MacKenzie Date: 18 Jul 03 - 02:28 PM Gareth I'm surprised to see you apparently leap to the defence of TB [It's carried by badgers you know!] I thought you were real labour, not this right-wing variety we have now. Giok |
Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 18 Jul 03 - 02:46 PM "That is something I am confident history will forgive" Do you think Blair meant to quote Fidel Castro "History will absolve me." |
Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: John MacKenzie Date: 18 Jul 03 - 03:29 PM Just wait till you hear his version of 'The Tony's not for turning' |
Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: GUEST,Richard H Date: 18 Jul 03 - 07:28 PM Local papers say he's coming here to Barbados from the USA to holiday with his family. There's wife, Cherie, Euan 19, Nicky 17, Kathryn 15 and Leo 3. Either he took a long break after Kathryn. Or Leo is the dog. |
Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: Gareth Date: 18 Jul 03 - 07:39 PM And what is wrong with Castro ? Gareth |
Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: Little Hawk Date: 18 Jul 03 - 07:53 PM What's wrong with Castro? Only a few things from the point of view of the USA: 1. He nationalized the foreign holdings in Cuba after the revolution, most of which belonged to rich American companies who were exploting the shit out of the island and maintaining it as their personal playground and whorehouse. 2. He helped the ordinary Cuban people instead of the rich. (and in so many ways that I won't bore you by listing them, cos I doubt you want to know anyway) 3. He turned to Russia for help when isolated by the USA, and brought in Russian weapons and military personnel....a huge NO-NO to America! 4. He refuses to cooperate with the grand designs of the American Empire. 5. He just won't die... That's what bothers the USA. Not the lack of democracy. Not the executions. Not the imprisonment of radicals. Nope. Just the fact that he is most definitely not in their pocket...which makes him their enemy. Oh, and there's that important bloc of Cuban voters in Florida to consider...every time a Presidential election rolls around. - LH |
Subject: RE: BS: Americans - please keep Blair From: Leo Condie Date: 18 Jul 03 - 08:11 PM he certainly did help the ordinary Cubans...as long as you don't define "ordinary" as gay or disabled. |
