There are probably quite a few songs based on that particular premise. Have a look at these earlier discussions and see if they provide what you are looking for:

Galtimore Mountains

White, orange and green

That one is a propaganda song, and not especially old. Perhaps it has a fine tune; I've never heard it sung, I think. "Resistance" is rather a loaded term, perhaps best not used in this context; the whole subject is a very complex and sensitive one, and can sometimes lead to arguments and bad feeling. I see that you're quoting a message, though, and it looks to be from someone whose first language is not English, so probably they didn't realise.
