From: GUEST,leeneia Date: 09 Sep 03 - 01:32 PM Go to Google advanced search and enter the name of the song (or a distinctive phrase from it) along with the word "chords". This just worked for me with "to Canaan's land" If the chords are not in the right key for you, get with a person trained in music and transpose them. |

Subject: RE: Info on Guitar chords.... From: Amos Date: 09 Sep 03 - 02:39 PM The Gathering of the Clans, if it is the one I remembber, is a simple three chord number -- say, G, C and D or D7. A |

Subject: RE: Info on Guitar chords.... From: Murray MacLeod Date: 09 Sep 03 - 06:07 PM If there is one thing I normally detest it is people replying to these threads saying "there are no chords to "XXXXXX" it is an unaccompanied song". Regretfully I have to join their ranks and say that "Health to the Company" is one song that be sung unaccompanied. The melody is just too capricious for guitar accompaniment. IMHO ... Murray |

Subject: RE: Info on Guitar chords.... From: Missymor Date: 09 Sep 03 - 06:35 PM Hmmm, I have heard "Health to the Company" sung acapella but after the first few bars some flutes and stuff joined in and it sounded quite nice. I just needed to find out where to start. Missy |
