As some of you know, I'm engaged in a longterm PT/rehab/workout program, self-designed, self-motivated, self-administered (unless you count God, which I do, every day). I decided that a weblog of my activities would be helpful for me as a continuing self-motivator. If anyone would like to join me in that, you can make your own training log here:

I have my membership there set so that I get an email copy of postings, which works for me as a daily reminder of how well I am doing, in my email.

It's at an MSN Groups site, so posting requires an MSN cookie ("Passport"), and the site IS a lightly-moderated one. Right now it's rated "public" which does not require site manager (me) permission to join; I will change it if it gets nasty. Some people's browsers or settings do not let them join, and there have been other site access problems with Groups, but it works for me and if it would be a help to anyone else, feel free to jump in. Remember, all the features right now are public-- only post what you are willing to have people see.

One posting rule there-- in anyone's training log thread, only questions will be allowed from others. For instance in my thread, I should really list what I did to get to where I am now, and I would welcome questions about that. But no comments on what I am doing now. See?
