Apparently Prince Rogers Nelson is the full name of Prince(formerly known as, and apparently now known as gain).
I thought I would share this information with those Mudcatters who share my interest in popular music, and also obscure episodes in British naval history.

Say no more.

I would think from the dates it would be the Prince Regent, later George IV.

So that's why the prince put up that big column in Trafalgar Square!

Are we talking about Nelson's 12-year old midshipman years, the dashing young captain or the famous admiral time? We need more facts.

He's the Artist Known as Prince
formerly The Artist Formerly Known as Prince
or T. A. F. K. A. P.
or that funny squiggle that doesn't exist in an ordinary font so I can't show it to you
or His Purple Majesty
or just plain Prince
See http://www.prince.org/
(Maybe there's a better website than that but I don't have the patience to search for it.)

"Princess" would be more appropriate.

Actually what he really said was "Kiss me, HARDER"

And as Nelson also said

It's the Prince I pull

I'll get my cape.............

I heard it was "Kiss me hard-on," but I was just being polite.

As Snow White said while waiting outside the Foto-Hut, "Someday my prints will come."

I'm really sorry.

Seamus

I gather he is some sort of ' pop ' singer, I stopped listening to pop music in the late 60s
I've been variously described as a ' dinosaur ' and a ' Luddite ' both of which I take as compliments.
