On Friday, 28th May 2004, the harriWatts youngsters will be interviewed on 'Vixen 87'. A local station operating out of Market Weighton, Yorkshire, on 87.9 FM, between 10am and 11am. The signal may not be picked up east of the Yorkshire Wolds, ie., Hull unless you've got a big ariel (shut up Ted). Have fun with your dial!

You spelt "aerial" incorrectly. This is a spelling site, remember?

Hey why not wear your wigs, at least no one can see them, apart from the fans outside waiting to see you

I was referring to a big box of washing powder. Pay attention otherwise we'll tell some of best jokes on the arial waves! Ha, ha, that was just one of them. Oh dear I can't stop giggling, ha, ha - - - - - - - - - - - -

I've got a big FM radio aeriul, [biggest one on Chants Ave], but still can't hear Vixen FM, even though I can hear stations from Manchester, Wales, York, Leeds, Sheffield etc, they must be using a crappy little transmitter.

Have you contacted Alan Raw yet, to book a slot on his "Raw Talent" show [Thursdays 7-9pm, BBC Radio Humberside]?

Apparently Vixen 87 can only transmit to a 15 mile radius (a lot of kilometers) although with the wind in the right direction it has been heard in Bradford. You can get a good curry there as well jOhn (bit of a link there). So get on your bike and head west. As for premier radio stations like radio Humberside we are officially in Yorkshire so they don't exist. I've been trying to contact Kenny Everett and getting no answer. Maybe he's on a long holiday or summat. Shame 'cos he used to wear red knickers as well. Now there was some raw talent.

If you want a good curry in Bradford go to the Sheesh Mahal on Westgate ( next to the Beehive - Gas lit pub!). The Onion Bhajis and Keema Garlic curry are beyond imagination...
Quack!
GtD.

The story so far:- I think we got away with it. They want us back in November complete with fresh jokes. My washpowder joke wasn't well received but it is their intention to transmit greater distances. Whether the signal will ever breach the mountain range known as the yorkshire wolds remains to be seen.

It was a grand morning on Vixen we told old jokes, new jokes and rubbish jokes (just for jOhn). Played some songs live and drank tea, thanks to Andy for inviting us.

jOhn, is jOhn Peal any relation?
