Subject: RE: Gainsborough Folk Club's new venue From: folkfan73 Date: 07 Jun 04 - 06:20 PM I will be there, Travelling Audience! If you say it is a big venue, will you be booking folk artists, like the ones at Market Rasen? Cara, for example? When I listened to Cara live at Market Rasen on June 4th, they were sensational and should spread their wings to the rest of the world, even if it is to a small historic town like Gainsborough. |

Subject: RE: Gainsborough Folk Club's new venue From: Strollin' Johnny Date: 08 Jun 04 - 04:51 AM Ray, I should also have said turn right at the Trent Bridge, go under two railway bridges, and it's on the right about 200 yards after the 2nd railway bridge. J :0) |

Subject: RE: Gainsborough Folk Club's new venue From: Strollin' Johnny Date: 08 Jun 04 - 07:40 AM Villan - it's a bridge, it crosses the River Trent, therefore it's the Trent Bridge. Note - the Trent Bridge, not Trent Bridge. Sweetfia - there's never been a venue in Gainsborough called the Globe. Are you confusing us with somewhere else (maybe Guisborough??)? Johnny :0) |
