I got a few chuckles out of the Mustic Sea Music Festival - chief among them when I overheard a lively conversation regarding the varied accents and dialects among DUCKS and another considering the merits of President FILLMORE.

Just goes to show that the "BS" topics at Mudcat are not so offbeat after all!

The Duck dialects made it to the Bill Oddie 'Britain goes wild' programme last night too.... maybe he's a lurker as well as a twitcher!

I had seen the duck dialects on the Yahoo! home page at least a day before it made its appearance here on Mudcat.

I know not about the President Fillmore thing.
