From: Sttaw Legend

The following warning has been put out by the highest authorities.

In order to assist other motorists in identifying potentially dangerous drivers, it's now compulsory for anyone with a lower than average driving ability and/or IQ to display a warning flag comprising of a red cross on a white background attached to the top of at least one door of their vehicle.

For drivers of exceptionally low ability and/or IQ, additional flags are required.

Please act accordingly.

I thought it was alternating red and white circles? the more circles the lower the IQ/driving ability.

My youngest brother just got his car back from the garage today after some fairly costly servicing. Although he is a bit of a flag-waver himself, he decided to take off his George-Cross-window-attatchment and stow it in the boot before dropping the car at the garage.
It was only as he was half way home after picking up his car that he realised his flag was re-positioned and flapping proudly off the passenger side!
All part of the service?

I saw a car with six flags yesterday.

the aggressive imp in me nearly flew a flag bearing the names

Ibrox Park
Bradford City
Heisel Stadium
Hillsborough

If we added the countless "Fullbrook Inn"'s (Millwall brick carriers chasing some fan who fell under a panic reversing coach in Walsall)
Would the message get through? Spectating football is a dangerous sport and should be treated as such.
"Saying it represents only 0.000001%" is small comfort to the victims. Who may run at several per year for the current era.
Football should police itself - yea yea - but properly.
