Because there is no such a thing as 'the' English grammar - ie it acquired one in Victorian times - but becuase ESL students make the funniest remarks by mispronouncing and thusly mispelling some words, I just had to post this one.

Well, you just don't understand enough about recreative English chosen with porpoise. Cognoscent dissidence is the feeling you get when you know all about creative dissonance but still insist to be discordant. BMW, it's gulash, not gulag. And don't start mobbing that you have been framed now.
