On January 6th, if no senator comes forth to support Rep. Conyers in the court case against the voting irregularities in Ohio which have received a news media blackout, you can kiss representative democracy good bye.
You will be at the mercy of black boxes with no paper trails, abuse by some Republican officials who employ dirty tricks such as throwing out absentee ballots, provisional ballots and tinkering with the machines that control the voting system by Republican businessmen, limiting the amount of black box type voting machines in predominantly African-American neighborhoods, causing long lines in Democratic precincts and using ugly tactics to confuse Democratic voters by telephone campaigns to mislead about their rights to vote and where and when to do so.

If the Democratic senators do not address this issue, the Democratic Party will be rendered useless and we will have basically a one-party system not unlike what you would find in any fascist country.

As Americans, we pride ourselves on plurality of ideas, political views, and different opinions about how to conduct our government. This is increasingly becoming eroded.

You're from Chicago, Frank. The end of the Democratic party here, also? right now, it's like a one party system in this state (All democrats) and no one is looking like Mussolini.

Yeah, all of those Democrats controlling Illinois with hardly a republican in sight sure have no one crying facist about it.
