Subject: Book 'Muppet' for your folk club From: Rt Revd Sir jOhn from Hull Date: 23 Jan 05 - 01:48 AM Hello, A while ago, A few of us were chatting, someone [honesly can't rember whoo, but think it was El Ted], said ="Muppet doesent get many paying gigs [or something like that"] So, [ i , we all p hul people know muppet, [ he's famous in Yorkshire] , so all hull people, know him ], so i emailed him=Heloo muppet, how much you want for do a gig, ie sing a few songs at our hull flok club then?" he replyed= "heloo jOhn, i know you, so i do it cheap, cos i know you etc," And , he came to our hull folk club, and it was really good, and every body liked it, and he does funny stuff, and serios stuff as well, and if you book him for your folk club, alll the people will lke him. he hasent got a car [i think he's a bit poor annd cant afford one , [or he might be a hippy and doesent like them] so you haf to meet him at trane or bus station, but is worth it, as he's really good. you could PM him, he's called muppet. |
