My old mate Hovering Bob , who a lot of you know is heavily involved in the Folk For MS Charity , is in need of a LOT of good vibes at the moment ! Bob is himself a sufferer with MS and has just had either a minor stroke OR an MS attack , leaving him in a bit of a parlous state ! The test to determine the true state of affairs is still in
the offing , so any good vibes pointed Bob's way will be useful .

Hadn't heard that Bob was ill again, be thinking of him and hoping that the news is good. If Helen has her way he WILL get better. Apart from anything else we need him in Flanders and he and I have a date with a bottle of single Malt.

The last that I heard was it was not too serious - possibly a reaction to change in medication. Hope this is the case anyway.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed their best wishes, it's somewhat mind blowing, and has helped a lot.
As most of you know, I've had MS comparitively mildly for a long time and have been able to 'mask' the majority of the effects of the attacks that I've previously had.
I've always known that I could have a severe attack at any time but the reality of it actually happening has come as shock. It's still early days and there is no way of knowing if my present state will continue or if I'll get some remission.

I'll keep 'hovering' while I can but if not I'll change the handle to 'Fluttering' or 'Grounded Bob.'
