Subject: Banjo Tunings and Chords From: Barbara Shaw Date: 20 Dec 98 - 09:08 PM Does anyone know where I can find a chart of banjo chords in various tunings? I would like to print this down as a gift for Christmas but haven't been able to find anything worthwhile anywhere. I'm especially looking for C and double C tuning chord charts. |

Subject: RE: Banjo Tunings and Chords From: Steve Latimer Date: 21 Dec 98 - 12:30 PM I have a book that I picked up at Long & McQuade, a Canadian Music store chain, called the Banjo case chord book, It is a great little book that fits neatly into your banjo case and has all sorts of tunings and the chords for those tunings. I'm sorry I don't know the publisher as I am at the office and can't get my hands on it right now. I believe it cost me about $8.00 Canadian which is baout $5.25 U.S. |
Subject: RE: Banjo Tunings and Chords From: BSeed Date: 22 Dec 98 - 09:29 PM Barbara, the publisher of the book Steve mentioned is Amsco Publications--and the book lists for only $4.95. I know Guitar Center carries it, as do many folk specialty stores. --seed |
