Here in the DC area we have some great Tacoma Park TV broadcasts with folks like Joe Grazer, Oscar Brand and really fine Celtic artists featured on PBS FM stereo called hearts and shamrocks.

I can make DVD recordings of many of these broadcasts and make them available to who ever wants some.

Is this a kind hearted thing to do or is it just intellectual property theft?

I think it is kind hearted, myself; the IP issue depends on whether the performances are copyrighted by the performers and/or producers or not.

I would like to see this if you can make a recording Donuel. To ease any conscience I would be quite happy to make a contribution to Mudcat funds in return.
