WE are declaring war on terrierism. We are tired of being yapped at, chased, frightened, and forced to fluff our tails and hiss, by dogs that are barely big enough to be rats.
As long as we have a claw left, we will never stop until terrierism is eliminated and cats can stalk the streets in safety.

Most of you are probably blissfully unaware of the fact that every year in the U.K. and across the world there are hundreds of thousands of little dogs who suffer nervous breakdowns and anxiety attacks due to being thoughtlessly tied up by absentee owners and people who just don't care. Yes, it's true! I would not kid you about a matter this serious, believe you me.

Among all small dogs, terriers are the most vulnerable to depression and angst due to being left tied up and unattended by their owners. A terrier can rapidly become morose under such conditions, even suicidal.

It is time that all of us who really care got together and raised bloody hell about this atrocious situation, and kept doing so, until no terrier or other small dog ever again suffers in solitude at the end of a rope or chain.

Well? Don't just sit there! Start contacting your governmental representatives and the press NOW and do something about it. Sign petitions. Engage in hunger strikes. Threaten civil disobedience on a massive scale. Parade in groups in the nude on the public streets of your town or city demanding that man's inhumanity to Man's Best Friend stop now once and for all!!!

If you and I don't do it, who will?
