hi all. Jayne and I have been here for a few days now, having toured Paris with my daughter, Carrie, who is graduating from 2nd level Patisserie at Le COrdon BLeu tomorrow. We also spent a couple nights at Chateau Chorey in Burgundy and 2 nights in Colmar, Alsace. Have been eating and drinking well while here. Yesterday headr a fantastic busker in Strasbourg playing Hurdy gurdy, as well as bowed psaltry, several krumhorns, a viol sort of instrument, and some recorders. We will be home on Sat night and I will look forward to catching up on all the Mudcat gossip.   See you all soon, Bon Soir. Monsieur Jimmyt
