Did anyone see the Bill O'Reilly show tonight? Phil Donahue kicked his arrogant ass!!! It is getting really funny to see these conservative try to defend the situation Bush has got us into.

I saw it. The height of arrogance was when oreally claimed that he will never allow Donahue back since Donahue broke the cardinal rule of no personal attacks or slander.
oreally then went to a live interview where he called the guest a lunatic liberal and dog fascist.


The right wing stations around here are incredibly vulger. This morning the anchor said that Cindy Shehan gives him a boner and cackled that he carved her name in his pubes.

John, it's funny that you put it that way because on my computer here at work, all media files get played at a fast rate and it did in fact sound like munchkins from the wizard of Oz!

What's with Bill O'Reilly? At the end he said the war in Iraq was not a war he embraced it could be a tactical error and we have not waged it the way he had hoped we would wage it. And yet there he sits supporting the whole thing.

Aside from some minutia about details (how the war is covered, what the left vs the right is saying about it, etc) O'Reilly's main issue in his "support" of the war is, and continues to be, his feeling that, though he'd rather we had not entered, now that we have, he doesn't see "cut-and-run" as a practical option.

I've seen that over and over. Placards on the one side saying: Stop the Killing. War is NOT the Answer. Bring Them Home.

The other side holds up signs saying, I Support Bush.

Yes, I saw that interview, and I was cheering Donahue on. I always liked him as a talk show host and seeing that interview reminded me why. He appeared to have it all over O'Reilly, who looked like he was close to "losing it".
