SKYMONTERS with Hamid Hamilton Camp, on Elektra records EKS 75073, album from 1973, produced by Stephen Chapin (Harry Chapin's brother). Featuring 60s folk singer Bob (Hamilton) Camp. The whole album has a bunch of great songs on it. The album isn't impossible to find if one knows where to look for it, though it's not something that's readily available, either. Hope this helps.

I heard this song years ago - probably 30 year ago. They played it every day in the coffee house at university. But I never knew who wrote it. It's a lovely upbeat feminist ballad (sung by male voices) about a woman leaving her husband and kids to make a life for herself. Here's what I remember of the lyrics, filtered through many years. If anyone can identify please reply. thanks
