Scotland - here I come!!!!!

Yessssssssss!!!!!
For the first time I am travelling to Scotland.
Arriving 28th October at Prestwick Airport at around 6 p.m I am badly looking for a nice B&B below 25 pounds....

The next day I am travelling to Inverness, so, I think accommodation should not be southwards. It would be fantastic if there would be a pub, restaurant or anything like that close by.

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

try visitscotland.com, lots of b&b's in Prestwick, web search might be a good start and be aware that there is a fair distance between Ayrshire and Inverness

I did an intensive websearch during the last days. but most of the b&Bs are above 30 Pound which is too much.
I know that it will take me hours to reach Inverness the next day, but that is okay :o)

Instead of looking at Prestwick try Kilmarnock (which is on your way) or Ayr (which isn´t but is not all that far out of your way, especially if you are going to Inverness since it will make little difference to your final time). Ayr has tons of B and B since it is a holiday destination.

ohh Sabine if you can spare the time there is a big sing/music session on Saturday at the Hunting lodge in Kilmarnock starting in the afternoon and its on the bus route too
