It just occured to me on the house insulation/ventilation thread that I still have about thirty Home Reference Books. I used these in my Home Inspection business. The book is an excellent reference for any home owner or prospective home buyer. See it here.

Anyone want one? $30 plus shipping (Canuck bucks).

If you have been following the auction threads, you will know that I have supported The Café to a reasonable extent already this year. The reason I have thirty of these books is that I had to give up my business due to health reasons. As it is, I am losing money at the asking price which is half of the price you would pay to buy one from Carson-Dunlop.

Glad I could "diagnose" over the phone and was able to help. It happens more than it should. Now... get a Home Inspector to check out the rest of the house.
