I tried to do a little searching for you, but came up empty.

All I can say is that the way I remember the CM Trio doing this was as a very simple 3 chord song.

So, if you were to play it in the key of G, your 2 other chords would be C and D. This should not be difficult to let your ear guide you. Listen for the chord changes.
