Subject: BS: Draught Beer, Not Soldiers! From: GUEST,saulgoldie Date: 10 Nov 05 - 01:24 PM Draught Guiness, sure. Draught Beamish, Sapporo, Tsingao, Samuel Adams, Anchor Steam, Dogfish Head, whatever, as long as it's draught! And as long as no soldiers were hurt in the making of the product, says I. Of course, it wouldn't hurt to have a little accompaniment, would it? Music, maestro! |

Subject: RE: BS: Draught Beer, Not Soldiers! From: Mr Red Date: 12 Nov 05 - 05:38 AM the next best drink to farmhouse cider is Westons........ and their mill was a farmhouse. On a small point of pedantry draught only applies to tents with Draft> soldiers therein. I still can't decide if I was an apprentice draughtsman or draftsman doing drafting or draughting but there you go, not a fully paid-up pedant. |
