Two Iraqi businessmen are suing Donald for the torure they endured by Americans in three different Iraq prisons for over a year.

While being interviewed on CBS news one of then said he wished to die for months on end while being torured. They are suing Rumsfeld for torture they received which is banned under the US Constitution and International law. They plan to proceed with the case in the United States.

They also claim they never had any affiliation with any insurgent group.

What Rumsfeld has been doing so far, while silencing soldiers and confiscating torture pictures has been to blame various generals that are easily expendible.

..lots of links to stories about Rumsfeld being sued - just Google on keywords Donald, Rumsfeld, sued ...and you will see articles going as far back as March of last year. I didn't especially find an article about Iraqi businessmen suing him, but I didn't look too hard either.

Ummm... you could try CBS news. Thats where I saw the broadcast this morning along with a short interview of the plaintiffs.

Amos,, last week there was a BIG DIA meeting. All the attache's stationed around the world were there. The chairman of the meeting of the Defense Intelligence agency stood up and said "Our number one priority this year is to kill the Able Bravo story!".

So when you say the dod knows nothing...they are having meetings to keep it that way. In fact the intelligence they are responsible for is simply hiding the truth.
