Years ago I took out a girl with a hairy butt.
I jokingly called her bunny bottom. She did not seem to mind.
It was all fine with me.

I often muised that very thick pubic hair would present problems for liquid relief. But, I guess one get skilled with that through time.

Falling public hair. Maybe a good CSI series. "She left a trail of pubic hair from the murder scene to her near-by apartment" LOL

I remember reading that thick black pubic hair is super-sexy to the Japanese. Something to do with Japan's indecency laws (you can't show pubic hair). Different cultures have different norms. And armpit hair can either add to or subtract from a woman's attractiveness, in my opinion (makes a pretty girl more interesting and an ugly girl worse). Personally, I think shaving's nice because it feels better.

BTW, in my experience, if you shave your balls, women are more likely to put them in their mouths if that's your thing. I'm just sayin.

Pubic hair is flat in section and therefore prone to curling, as with any other curly hair.   It does not just stop growing when "it knows how long it's grown": it falls out when it reaches a certain length and is replaced. Scoop it out of the bath and save it instead of washing it down the plughole, and in a lifetime you'll have enough to stuff your mattress. :-)

Knew a lady once who had heavy hair on her legs. It used to protrude through her nylons. And pick up the sun.

I prefer my lady silky smooth, but have to be careful what I say, because there have been retorts about my nose and ear hair, and bargains struck.

I went about 5 years once w/o shaving my legs. I didn't mind at all, and Mr, bless his heart, never said a word. About the 6th summer he worked up his courage and asked if I was going to shave them that summer....so I did. Still haven't shaved my underarms tho. Why bother???

I know some one who when she pregnant, her pubic hair grew longer and longer, like head hair. Her midwife was complaining it was getting in the way...

I always thought American women started shaving under their arms to be more juvenile-looking - like girls rather than women. never understood that, myself.

Had a girlfriend with very hairy legs at one time and another with a bit of a 'tache. Both bothered me at that time when I was (relatively) young and innocent. Don't give a damn now...happy with anything I can get :)

This and the "hairy men" thread illuminate that the convention is for immaturity to be regarded as sexually attractive.

Likewise, the convention is that sexually distinct odours should be obliterated.

This makes the current convention about "paedophilia" (which has come to mean any attraction for persons below the relevant legal age of consent for the relevant sex) even more anomalous than history might indicate.

I strongly suspect that the shibboleth about for example armpit hair in women is a reflection of a power game. Historically, men had power because of physical strength, and this was translated into a tradition of servitude and therefore male economic power. Thus men came to be seen as adult and women as children - it's a bit like the Judeo-Pauline "For as the man is the head of the woman so is God the head of the church" (this quote may be a bit less than fully accurate).

Accordingly indications of immaturity came to be seen as sexually attractive in women (as well as youth indicating a probability of virginity and hence certainty of gene preservation).

As the increased economic power of women tended to emancipate women (an argument I first advanced in about 1967) the trend came to be reversed - hence the possibility of women sexually preferring immature (and thus hairless) men.

I tend to think that if you reject signs of adulthood in your preferred sex, you are denying an important part of sexuality and thus demonstrating a deviant sexual response.

Having said that, I make no claims myself to be non-deviant - I like what I like - and also I do not assert that there is anything worthy of condemnation in deviance. Was it not said that perversion in sex is like spice in food? In many respects that seems to be accepted today, save only insofar as the current age of consent is concerned, whatever the age of consent might have been in the past, or be in other societies.

All hair length is self-controlling, except for head hair. Odd, isn't it? Most dogs and cats have self-controlling hair length, as do most other animals. Why do people have head hair that grows longer and longer? These sorts of things really have no answer. ;-)

No preference really, I like hair but can understand why some women would find particularly dark colours embarrasing in certain areas, but I suspect this is a peer/media pressure thing.

What really fascinates me is why pubic hair doesn't grow to the length of scalp hair.

Is it 'cos it doesn't get as much sunlight, but then naturists would prove that theory wrong,
or is it 'cos we wear pants/knickers/thongs etc, but that theory is proven wrong by those folk who choose not to wear any, and whom, for the sake of further embarrasment, shall remain nameless, you know who you are, and I am your friend and lover.

Your comments please, on the theory of the somewhat self controlling length of pubic hair.
