Ah, but Georgiansilver, in the US that increase is going into the pockets of the oil companies, not into social services. And the oil companies are reporting obscenely bloated profits.

Yes, and it's CERTAINLY putting a crimp in my style! I won't be buying the motorcoach RV, the new cigarette boat is on hold, and even the next Hummer is iffy. I guess I'll have to get along with my 1999 Honda Civic, a tent, and wading for another summer. Qu'elle bore.
