It would be kinda fun to know what top speed was, but the local racetrack isn't that high tech; they do have an electronic finish line gate, without which a lot of the heats would have been very hard to call.

you know they never cover this event on tv news from America - people with wooden cars that look like frogs. I should campaign for greater rcognition, if I were - you could be design expert.

i was try to think of where I'd heard of Michigan recently and it was Ralph McTell's song about Blind Blake, who apparently gigged somewhere round there - although he was from Florida
