Subject: BS: Opportunity From: Georgiansilver Date: 05 Aug 06 - 07:01 PM Some time ago...maybe two years..I gave you (or those of you who trust what a Christian says) an OPPORTUNITY to make money.......it paid off and did you do it? For most of you NO...for some of you I am sure yes. The information I gave was good but not many of you will have taken the initiative..... look at the thread which covers "Scrap gold prices" and you can see for yourself. Best wishes, Mike. |

Subject: RE: BS: Opportunity From: mack/misophist Date: 06 Aug 06 - 09:17 AM The world is full of advice. Some of it is good and some isn't. Some of it is affordable and some of it is convenient. But how can one know in advance? |

Subject: RE: BS: Opportunity From: Joe Offer Date: 07 Aug 06 - 12:15 AM That thread was here (click). I have a dental crown or two to sell, if I can find them here in my desk somewhere...... Will they make me rich? Should I have replaced all my fillings with gold 20 years ago, and would I have appreciated substantially by now? Should I sell the ring left over from my first marriage?? -Joe, who needs to make Big Bucks SOMEHOW- |

Subject: RE: BS: Opportunity From: Georgiansilver Date: 07 Aug 06 - 02:31 AM Joe Offer..You might be surprised at how much gold teeth are worth. No idea how old yours are but certainly the older the better. A friend of mine has just sold three gold teeth to a scrap company for £140....not bad eh?. They are still made of gold but the older, very yellow looking gold teeth are almost pure gold (high carat) and heavy. Might explain why a lot of old people walk round with their lower jaws hanging down....sorry just joking. Suggest:- find a scrap gold dealer (or maybe check with as few first to see you get a fair price) and scrap 'em in. Best wishes, Mike. |
