Since you won't post a name at all, don't expect a lot of help.

Don't know the tune you're asking about. Is it a folk song in the public domain? That's what we mostly discuss here. Otherwise, google the tune and artist's name and see what you can find. Dulcimer chords are the same as guitar chords, but you may have to retune your dulcimer or transpose the song to a dulcimer-friendly key.

Quim,

You are going from strength to strength. I assume you are aware that 'quim' is a slang expression . . . .

Anyway, "Prairie Sunflower" will be a SOB to locate because there are a million sites about sunflowers, etc. Do you have the words? If so, would you please post them?

And 'quim' is NOT a very nice expression in my part of the world....yes, please post lyrics.

"I can find books it is in"

So give the names of some of the books then, that would help enormously...

I have a tune called "Prairie Flower"? I learned it on the hammered dulcimer from Patty Looman who learned it from Russell Fluharty.
