'for a dancer' is my favourite thoughtful song. I have to thank my sister for playing it over and over again. Good wishes to the man.

He's written many great songs. "After The Deluge" is one of the best.

Those two songs are both on the record "Late for the Sky" as are "Fountain of Sorrow" and "Walking Slow", the latter was a minor revival for jug band music.

My favourite is call it a loan

Paul Downes does the most beautiful exquisite version, with guitar arrangement - you have ever heard.

Happy birthday Jackson B - well done. Check out paul's version of your song. paul is one of the best acoustic guitar accompanists in the world - and his exploration of the theme, and reading of the song is mind blowing. Its the best birthday present anyone will give you.

an amazing piece of music!

Dear Jackson, You have touched my life deeply & I thank you for helping me experience the joy of life in being able to feel the pain of growing up. I pray you know the Prince of Peace; Jesus Christ; who enables me to see beyond to the hope of Life which can be had through him. God Bless Jackson! Christopher Leon Klove

Hey, Jackson Browne and John Lennon have the same birthday (8 years apart)!   Neat!

Happy birthday, Jackson (I didn't realize you were so close to my age). And, John, I wish you were still here to celebrate with JB.

Genie
