No - the library doesn't have Flash 9 - and I would never contemplate it on dial-up.

Flash is almost as insidious as telemarketers when you have listed your number as out of bounds.

The best revenge is to waste their time - I bet they would give-up before that Flash had downloaded - and certainly before Flash has Loaded, installed and then the movie loaded.

That's very good. And it didn't take any time to load, it isn't flash, as far as I can tell. There's just one static image there.
