According to my daughter, Middle Age has been defined in medicine as from 35 to 65, so as of today I am, definitionally, Old. I don't feel any older (well, I do, but because I went to the gym and did some rowing and weight work this morning). I am taking the position, however, that since I am old, I can pretty much say what I think about people, and then say "You wouldn't hit an old man, would you?"

I only have to worry about old women. They would.

well...for all of those interested, i turned 70 years old on october 17th !
im as young at heart as anyone but the body refuses to co-=operate!
i recently spent the week in the hospital for a heart catherization and they put a stent in the artery to help keep the blod from clotting again...
