He is a waste of space, and about as amusing as a kick in the balls.

I've certainly never seen him in any of the local folk clubs.

Is that true?

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

I've always like the league of gentlemen but that is their best joke by far.

ROTFLMAO - LOL - cough splutter puke

I'll bet he's been trying to keep that one as quiet as possible.

That kind of info leaks out like a bed smell.

Oh my god - I hope I can stop laughing long enough to get some sleep tonight.

This almost compares to packi bonners save in the second round penalty shootout with rumania in Italy back in 1990, or Ireland 1-0 victory over Italy in the 1994 world cup.

I'm so happy ... :-)

from "R.. V.."

to "R.. C.. B.."

can now go take heed of and comply with Chubbies most well known catch phrase...

He's a great bloke - Roy Vasey and his brothers are good musicians and I can't believe that he would be narcissic enough to write the opening thread. To address the Subject:- in Roy's case The "Act" and the person are completely different, whereas Vin G. on stage, and, in person are exactly the same.
Might have been a more intersting thread if Billy Connolly had been the Subject - especially as BC has meny times slagged off the Folk Club Scene which allowed him the opportunity to develop his trade.

Betsy mentioned Billy Connoly and his attitude to folk clubs etc. I found his New Zealand stage show to be nigh on embarrassing. At times I'm sure the audience wern't sure if he was joking or he really has turned into a bigotted old man. I suspect the latter.
BTW Betsy, how you doing? The last time I saw you was when you did a charity night for the motorbikers of the Boro. Loved the way you slagged that gadgey who walked past the stage as you were singing.
