you have to click on the colour you see not the word. so if you see the word red written in yellow - you have to click on yellow.

I didn't have any colours to click, just words. Little boxes whaich said "Yellow" "Red" etc.

If the flashing word is in yellow ignore waht it says and click yellow...

Nope, no flashing words, no yellow. Just six boxes with the names of six colours written in black.

You probably need flash to play it. Worked for me but it took me 5 minutes to figure out what I had to do! I reckon wiminfolk'll be best at it coz it needs you to think of two things at once. Us blokes have a one track mind...

I've got Flash 7, but maybe it needs Flash 9. I have a feeling that Linux doesn't support it tho. Oh well...

Learning to ignore the word and react to the color is pretty easy. The hard part is memorizing the locations of the individual colors' "buttons". It goes way too fast to allow you to read the word on the button. You have to know that "red" is upper left, "blue" is lower center, etc. and react accordingly without actually reading. Maybe some folks can learn that sort of stuff quickly, but I'm a slow learner.
