Actually, Tonbridge is a sod of a place to get to from here, and those particular outskirts of it the worst of all.

Thanks to all that attended, espesialy to the Saff Londoners, and particularly to Jim, Who sang ' Normandy ' resplendant in his Veteran Blazer and Medals. Nice to see Jen, John Matthews wife, who is recovering from a ' near death experiance ' and was out for the first time. Will post the date of the next one on this site

Sorry I didn't make it but Jan is laid up with either a bad cold, or the 'Flu, so I stayed here at home. Glad to hear that Jen was there and hope she is well on the mend. Here's to the next one.

A great afternoon. Thanks to all of those who came; it was a really good turnout. As Growler mentioned, it was especially moving to hear Jim's Normandy song on Remembrance Day.

Here's to the next one at The Tudeley Oak. In the meantime, don't forget the Good Intent Wassail on the 22nd and 23rd of December.
