The judge in Florida is as likable as Alan Arkin and informal in a manner that I would not expect from a judge. He even sounds like Alan Arkin.
He pauses and tells the court he needs a moment to pontificate before he allows virtually anything the nine lawyers involve want to introduce.

The judge has a solomon like decision facing him. I wonder if he will send Anna's heart to Bahama and her implants to Texas.
As sordid as the grab for money is, the judge is a terrific character in this made for cable TV excrapaganza.

Whatever respect I had for Rita Crosby and other tv reporters during the the Katrina disaster, is now lost due to their breathless sincere enthusiasm for the absurd.
