Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Question - He misses Jenny Lynn? From: Rowan Date: 27 Feb 07 - 12:59 AM I don't know of a "Jenny Lynn" by Bill Monroe. Could it be you're searching for Jenny Lind? "Swedish nightingale" very celebrated, tunes named after her; all the usual stuff. I've got to rush off so I can't help further. Good luck! Cheers, Rowan |
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Question From: George Seto - af221@chebucto.ns.ca Date: 26 Feb 07 - 10:57 PM Checked for "Jenny Lynn" with a number of the Bluegrass lyric sites. Unfortunately there were no signs of that song anywhere. |
Subject: Lyr Req: Question From: GUEST,Tom Date: 26 Feb 07 - 10:01 PM There's something that's been driving me crazy: years ago I heard a folk song and I don't know the title or the artist. I thought it was "Jenny Lynn" by Bill Monroe, but that doesn't seem to have lyrics. It goes: "Only God in Heaven knows How much He misses Jenny Lynn" Can anybody help me out here? |
