I'm offering a an instructional dvd on the correct technique - that is to say, if you want your nasal cavity picked in the style of the Living Tradition.

Otherwise its not real nose picking.

You can't join the nose pickers on the Mike Harding Show.

They have to draw the line somewhere.

Excavation has taken place in the nasal cavity for years and many relics of ancient architecture have been found....chewed and eaten...flicked....wiped on other peoples chairs or tables at dinner..etc etc. I personally like to do the picking whilst in my car, when I am far from my hometown, so that those who see me may feel disgusted but will not know of anyone they can tell about my disgusting habit. If we were not meant to pick...then why two holes? One for the left index and the other for the right ( or little finger if you have difficulty reaching an elusive one) Hope this has helped educate some of you.

Strum mostly. Picking on in delta-style, and then with nails strengthened with superglue.

The thumb works well for the shallower ones, and if you cover with the rest of your fingers and assume a contemplative look, people will assume you are in a philosophical mood.

When I pick my nose, I use my index finger,
When I pick my nose which is nearly every day.
And if anyone should ask me, the reason why I'm picking it,

5-year old logic fits this subject...

If God didn't want me to pick my nose, how come He made my fingers the right size?
