If you've seen them you'll know why I'm raving and if you haven't check out their website and find out when you can see them. Their songs have some wonderful lyrics that will make you laugh and cry. One of the band, Al Parrish has a voice that has been described as being something in between melted chocolate and sex!!Try a look at their website. HERE |

Little Duckling (7) has become totally besotted with one of the band members, Terry Young. Before leaving Moor and Coast she collected a number of leaflets and even requested a poster from one of the pubs! She sleeps with one picture under her pillow and the others are on the wall. I let Terry know and he was so nice. He remembered talking to her as she was telling him ALL about her fiddle and thought she was a little Sweetie. He e-mailed straight back and said he would send her a photo-what a nice bloke!! |

They're at Homfirth this weekend, and finish their UK tour at Chester Folk Festival at the end of this month, with lots of other places in between. I'm hoping to catch them again before they go back to Canada. |
