Why "slowly eat your way through" them??? Just throw them away and get started on the plan, if that's what you want to do. You can't begin, until you begin. The longer you put it off, the longer it will take you to get healthy. You started this thread weeks ago and so far it does not sound like you have made very many changes in your lifetsyle. What is stopping you? I mean, you asked for help. Lots of people have offered advice. Why are you only coming up with excuses to put off eating differently, or starting an exercise plan? Maybe the lack of motivation is the real problem that needs to be addressed. I don't mean this to sound harsh but you don't sound like you are making any progress.
