OK - newbie question, probably, but who is/was Cecil Sharp? Am I correct in assuming he was making audio recordings back before the elaborate electronics were available?

By clicking on the Thread Name, you will be sent to the Forum on that thread as if you selected it from the main Mudcat Forum page.
