Back to the business of bilingual official notices. I find it somewhat annoying that my utilities bills are all bilingual, so I have to search through small print in even more incomprenehsible language than usual to find anything I want to know. And the best TV reception is in Welsh. We are more than 10 miles on the English side of the border.
