As has union, although the new maul collapsing rules may lead to a few sore limbs in the future. A lot of the technique, use of strength, pain etc in Union occurs in the scrum, ruck and maul. Far too subtle to be noticed by our friend from across the pond. Apparently Aussie rules is the toughest team game, and any contact sport played on what the aussies call grass is going to hurt.
